Information we keep
When you visit saluton.no without buying anything, we to not keep track of any information about you or your browser. When you choose to order, we need to know a few essential things:
Name and delivery address – to know where to send the goods.
Email address – to send you an automatic receipt and any updates related to the order. Saluton.no will not use your email for marketing and we will not sell your information to a third party.
Phone – to be able to get in touch about your order. Saluton.no does not send SMS or use your phone number for marketing purposes.
PayPal
Saluton.no uses Paypal as payment provider. Information on what you bought, together with your name, email address, delivery address and amount will be transferred to PayPal and also stored there. You may choose to pay by your PayPal account or with a debet/credit card directly. We also refer to Paypal’s own Privacy Statement.
Storage limit
Personal information will be stored as long as necessary for bookkeeping, and we delete all personal data when they are no longer needed. At the moment, this period is set to two years.
User account
When you order at saluton.no you may create a user account. it is not mandatory for ordering. A user account will be deleted if inactive in six months.
